Wow. Customer service and friendly staff do still exist. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the staff here. Spacious and open dining area. Food was great. They even got my special order right. What a nice change. This spot is outside of my normal area, but when you're in the mood for a little Wendy's fare, it will be worth the drive.

I decided to give this Wendy's another chance after several months. Previous times I went there the staff was rude, extremely slow and the food was horrible but this time it was a complete opposite. The staff was very friendly , they were fairly quick and the food was actually really good. I was expecting to have another bad experience because the previous times I had been here, it was the worst Wendy's I had been too. But this time it was awesome. I don't know what they changed but hopefully they keep up this kind of outstanding experience.

Not sure who needs to hear this but had the most fantastic experience going through the drive thru one late evening. I was having a rough day and was happily greeted by Lucille on the intercom through the drive-thru! All I wanted was a simple frosty and she delightly had the happiest tone of voice, which gave me an uplifting happy mood. Once I got to the drive-thru window She was there with a great smile and made sure that I was taking care of although it was a simple order. I really greatly appreciate Lucille having the best attitude on such a late night.

Amazing service. You can really tell the manager takes pride in his work and keeps a nice smile on his face while making sure everything runs perfectly. I man named Allen took my order I mean he really stood out with his customer service skills! Will be choosing this Wendy’s on my route to work from now on! Thanks allen!

Man at the counter was super friendly. Made jokes with the dude, cool guy. Food came out fast and enjoyable. Store was very clean!

I've lived here in Benbrook for 10 months. And we are true customers of Wendy's. The staff are great. The dining room and restrooms are ALWAYS clean. Food is always hit. French fries are my favorite of all fast food restaurants. Their chicken with jalapeños, bacon,cheese and onions are the best. Great flavor. Through this Pandemic Wendy's has been our go to restaurant. Thank you staff. Doing a great job.

Hello again everyone! Ok , if you dont know by now, I do reviews for all of you so you wont have to "suffer" a bad experience from the fast food industry and restaurants in the dfw area. Today 1/11/25 my wife and I were out on one of our adventures as usual and we were driving through benbrook and decided to stop for lunch at Wendy's. We went through the drive thru, now these days unfortunately with fast food, customer service has vanished, you usually get the rude, lazy, no caring employee with horrible communication skills, I cannot stand it when you drive up to a fast food place and give them your hard earned money which helps pay that employee and keep that business running and you are met with complete rudness. But not today folks, today we were had the pleasure of interacting with a kind, very professional young lady by the name of "Jana" she was exactly what you need and expect from the places, something that is slowly going away for whatever reason. She had excellent communication skills, she made us feel extremely welcome and very comfortable, so Jana, thank you for the warm welcome in the drive thru , the food was very fresh and the most important part is, it was made correct! Ive seen the bad reviews for this location and i will just say to everyone, dont give up on this place just yet, i think jana can lead her team and get the ratings up, wendys, i cant stress this enough, these are the kinds of people you and many other food chains need to bring back so the customer doesn't have to pull up to your establishment and say " i wonder how this is going to go" but as for my wife and i , because of Jana we will definitely be back to this location because of you and I hope you are instilling these qualities in your employees because you did an awesome job , thank you once again Jana.
